Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation: To confirm a booking, a deposit of 70% of the total cost of the tour is required. The balance of 30% must be paid 30 days before the tour start date. If the booking is confirmed within 30 days of the tour start date, the total tour cost should be paid in full.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Any cancellation must be done via the email of Thinko Tours and Travels. Cancellations for paid bookings will be refunded less the cancellation fees for administration costs and other costs as below:

• Cancellation fee of 30% if the tour is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date.
• Cancellation fee of 50% if the tour is cancelled between 16 and 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Cancellation fee of 100% if the tour is cancelled within 15 days or less prior to the arrival date.

The refund will be made to the same account and using the same method used for the payment. Note that there is no refund in the event of a no-show for existing reservations.
