2nd Stop over: Kigali Genocide Memorial, KG 14 Ave, Kigali Rwanda

Kigali Genocide Memorial is the final resting place for more than 250,000 victims of the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. It honors the memory of the more than one million Rwandans killed in 1994 through education and peace-building.

3rd Stop over: Campaign Against Genocide Museum, KN 5 Rd Next to Kigali Convention Center in Rwanda Parliament building, Kigali Rwanda.

During your visit to this museum, you will know more about the many Rwanda’s sad stories of the yesteryears, of despair, struggling to free a people from the yoke of subjugation, the efforts and the sacrifices that were suffered and written during the time of rescuing the Tutsi from the strangling hands of Interahamwe.

4th Stop over: You will have a visit at Kimironko Market, which is the biggest market in Kigali and known as the tourist market. It will be an opportunity of interacting with local people.

Payment Policy

• Advance of 80% is required at the time of booking. The balance or final payment of 20% is due at the date of the tour;
• In case payment is done by debit / credit card, additional fee of 3% is required;
• The copy of proof of payment required and sent to the company’s business email (info@thinkotours.com) in order to confirm the booking.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you decide to cancel a trip after booking it, certain cancellation charges will be payable to our supplier as your payments are immediately used to obtain lodging, tours and services at the best rates.

You understand and accept when booking through us that you are bound by our supplier’s terms and conditions and accordingly any policies they may have on cancellation charges.

• Cancellation fee of 25% if the trip is cancelled less than 90 days prior to the arrival;
• Cancellation fee of 50% if the trip is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the arrival;
• Cancellation fee of 100% if the trip is cancelled less than 45 days prior to the arrival;
• Payment for Gorilla Permits is nonrefundable.
