Detailed One-Day Itinerary to Akagera National Park:

• 5:00 AM: We will pick you up from your hotel in Kigali and begin our journey to Akagera National Park, with a quick breakfast stop at Imigongo Café.
• Arrival at the Park: Upon arrival, we will register and receive a briefing from the park guide. Afterward, enjoy a full-day game drive and conservation tour through the southern part of the park, where you’ll have the chance to spot animals like giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and a variety of bird species.
• 4:30 PM: End your day with a sunset boat cruise on Lake Ihema, Rwanda’s second-largest lake, known for its high concentration of hippos. On the boat cruise, you’ll witness the symbiotic relationship between hippos, crocodiles, and aquatic birds.
• After the Cruise: You will exit Akagera National Park and head back to Kigali, concluding your memorable safari experience.

• 30% cancellation fee if canceled 30+ days before the tour start date.
• 50% cancellation fee if canceled 16-30 days before the tour start date.
• 100% cancellation fee if canceled within 15 days of the tour start date.
• No refunds for no-shows. Refunds will be processed to the original payment account.
